## Description

• To carry out research and gain a good understanding of how our different service users, which include young people, parents, carers, Black Asian and Minority and Ethnic \(BAME\) residents and stakeholder's need when accessing a digital directory of services\. • To explore and understand work by the by the Local Government Association \(LGA\) on Open Referral and MHCLGs local digital declaration work\. • To work, collaboratively with Southwarks key stakeholders to gain buy in and co create a way forward\. • To provide recommendations for a suitable model and solution for Southwark, considering the implications who updates and validates this information \. • Identify suitable model and advise how to move forward with deployment\.
