GB-London: Transformation research and guidance for frontline officers

The Local Government Association (LGA) is looking to commission research and guidance to support frontline council officers undertaking transformation activities. The contractor would need to have excellent knowledge of transformation in a local government context and the writing skills to create a practical document that is easily digestible by frontline staff.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
