Housing 21 are looking to appoint a Supplier to provide an Extra Care Rostering, Billing and Payments System. The high level requirements are:

•Easy to use 'drag and drop' style rostering system •Integrated system for auto production of pay and billing based on the roster •System configuration based on each service contract / staff arrangement and means to provide aggregated management information and reporting •Reconciliation of pay and billing to understand and improve productivity •Remove onerous spreadsheets to free up front line to focus on quality of services •Robust data and ability to reconcile outputs to provide meaningful management information •Automation of pay and billing inputs to improve efficiency and cash flow management •Significant reduction in manual inputting in back office
