## Description

The Council wishes to procure a provider with the expertise to deliver Employee Assistance Programmes \(EAP\) to Walsall Council staff\. The service will help to keep employees healthy and safe whilst in work and provide emotional support and practical advice on issues that might be impacting Walsall staff well being and their performances\.
