PROC.01.0678 - The introduction of B-Mex into the Business Retail Market

We are procuring some independent expert advice to explore whether - in principle - a B-MeX incentive could be used to incentivise wholesalers to provide their services in ways that produce a better experience for end business customers. We would also like this independent expert advice to consider and set out the key policy issues that would need to be resolved by the market in developing and potentially implementing such an incentive.
