2022-038: Ofgem Tax Clawback Policy Consultation

Ofgem is required to undertake a formal review of its tax clawback policy, which was set out in detail in 2009 and is seeking proposals from tenderers to carry out this work. This piece of work will require the successful supplier to become familiar with the policy, its history, the calculation used as well as gaining an understanding of the history of disputes.
