Schools IT Data Feed Solution

The scope of this contract is to provide software licensing and support as a cloud hosted Software as a Service to enable Hampshire County Council to access a secure end-to-end transfer of data between the multiple MIS platforms operating within schools and the Council's central  system.

The data being transferred includes but is not limited to pertinent data for leavers, joiners, exclusions, attendance records, looked-after children (LAC), Free School Meal (FSM) and Special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to support wider educational priorities and programs including the monitoring and management of attendance and exclusions which are statutory duties of HCC which cannot be effectively completed without data from Hampshire schools.

This Contract was procured via the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 13 Framework (RM1557.13). The Contract has been awarded on the basis of an initial 3 year period with the option to extend by a further year.
