Provision of Sales and Marketing Agent Services

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to appoint a Provider to act as sales and marketing agent for the sale of properties being built by the Council for private sale. The Provider will be expected to take a lead on the valuation of the properties, marketing and sales support and manage/assist in the sale of properties the Council are looking to build over the next 3-4 years as part of its housing growth strategy.
