GB-London: Drafting of Employers Requirements (ER) and Design Brief (DB) Documentation - Quotation Reissue

NOTE: This notice was updated on 02 November 2020 for the following reason: Extension of return date from 4th November 2020 (12 noon) To 11th November 2020 (12 noon)(Wandle Housing Association (WHA) intend to contract with an Employers Agent to draft the new ER & DB for use in our tendering activities - This would be developed via assessment of the incumbent documents, WHA stakeholder engagement and feedback sessions and utilisation of existing knowledge, expertise and experience of ER and DB preparation, to develop a WHA approved final draft.

The deadline for Clarification Questions is Monday 2nd November at 5pm The closing date for Quotation Responses is Wednesday 4th November 2020 at 12 Noon

All clarification questions MUST be asked via the messaging function on the Delta e-procurement portal

This is an open quotation exercise where Wandle Housing Association will be using Delta eSourcing as their procurement portal. The portal can be accessed via https://www.delta-esourcing.com and will be used throughout this quotation process for all announcements, updates, queries and documentation submission.
