T0563 M5 Bridgwater - Gap Analysis & TA scope 001

- Undertake a gap analysis of the existing scheme information to deliver a new M5 junction through the Regional Delivery Partnership (RDP) framework with the appointment of a Technical Advisor and subsequent Delivery Integration Partner (DIP) contractor. - Conduct a high-level review of the land being gifted to National Highways to Agratas to establish if it's sufficient for the design. - Conduct relevant schedule, risks and planning workshops to gain clarity. - Review the existing Project Control Framework (PCF) process and propose a streamlined product matrix tailored to deliver the new junction as soon as possible. - Develop the TA2 Framework Scheme specific contract and finalise contract signing with the Technical Advisor to enable Stages 1&2 to be completed by 31 December 2024.
