YAS 264 2025_26 Thirsk Internal Fit Out Works

Description

Stem Architects Ltd on behalf of Yorkshire Ambulance Trust produced and issued a tender package and following competition the contract was awarded for the internal fit out works required at Thirsk Ambulance Station, Newsham Road, Thirsk YO7 1PU Kole Architects are instructed as Principal Contractor to deliver the Core & Shell works. Under CDM Regultions NG Decor Ltd will deliver the works as a sub contractor to Kole Architects, under the terms of the JCT Design & Build Contract.
