## Description

574 - CPI is building an instrument capable of measuring the transport of water and oxygen across polymer/metal/metal-oxide thin-film samples\. It is anticipated that this instrument will be installed within a cleanroom area on our NETPark site at Sedgefield operated by the Centre for Process Innovation \(CPI\)\. For this instrument to function, CPI require a sub-component capable of trace level analysis of H2O and O2 with optional additional gasses, particularly Nitrogen, but also Helium and Argon\.
