Work description
This is not a call for competition. Using the CHIC Multiple Elements Framework Lot 2 Tamworth Borough Council has awarded the contract for Works to Void Properties to Laker Building Management Solutions Ltd for a period of 6 months with the option to extend for a further 6 months. The value if £500,000 for the initial 6 months with a a further £500,000 available for the extension period.
