Windows and Doors 2022

Description

The aim of the project is to deliver Windows and Doors to various addresses across the London Borough of Harrow. The result of this will be better energy efficiency and lower fuel bills for our residents along with better fire security. The addresses form a programme of works which has come from the Data & Planning team following stock condition analysis of Codeman data. The contract will be closely managed with a strong contract administrator and clerk of works holding regular site meetings and measuring KPIs. This contract will be measured by the time on site, quality, customer satisfaction and number of defects. The properties on the programme represent works that our asset management system has identified as priorities (windows and doors over 20 years old and in poor condition) which have been subsequently been validated. The replacement elements will have a 30 year plus life greatly enhancing comfort levels to resident's homes, support the delivery of Decent Homes and meet the Council's landlord responsibilities. We will look to deliver this project within time and budget whilst achieving the desired quality standards using techniques such as: • Cash flow forecasting • KPI's including Resident Satisfaction surveys • Focus on Health & Safety • Sustainability • Community Investment
