Clissold House toilets are in an extremely poor state of repair and are in urgent need of improvement to them more accessible, more pleasant for park users and to bring them up to current building standards.\r \r The specialist toilet refurbishment contractor is required to strip out and dispose of the existing toilet facilities and to construct new extended height unisex toilet cubicles and wall mounted hand washing/drying facilities.
