The sites of the proposed services are situated within the operational boundaries of the Together Housing Group throughout Rossendale, Blackburn & Pendle in Lancashire, Pendleton in Salford and throughout Yorkshire. The Tenderer should bear the spread of the stock in mind when tendering for this contract.

THG invites you to tender for a Contract for the Provision of a Measured Term Contract for the Maintenance, Servicing & Repairs of Fire Alarm Systems and Emergency Lighting Systems.

The contract is split into two lots:

Lot 1 Covering Lancashire, North, South, East & West Yorkshire

Lot 2 Covering Pendleton
