## Description

Provision of specialist support to refresh the existing SNOW software asset management \(SAM\) solution and upskill in-house resources\. HCTVP requires a supplier to improve its capability managing software assets\. This work is to take place across three gateway stages\. Stage 1: Establish Platform, Stage 2: Collate and Cleanse Data; and Stage 3: Develop Skills & Processes\.
