## Description

Construction of a New Defence Infrastructure Organisation Headquarters Building at DMS Whittington, near Lichfield and additional car parking\. The requirement is for a 2/3 office building to accommodate approximately 270 people\. The works include the provision of utilities to the building\. In addition the works include the provision of 230 additional car parking spaces \. This opportunity was tendered via a mini competition under the DIO National Framework for Capital Works Projects\.
