Helibar repair structural cracks to rear bedrooms to incl all build up work to take new plaster, plasterboard bedroom 1,2 & 3 ceilings, plaster bedroom 1,2&3 complete, strip timber cladding to kitchen plasterboard ceiling and plaster complete, paint all new plaster works to property, replace broken tile in kitchen, remove large timber lean-to to rear garden and lay new soil & seed to grassed area where timber structure is removed\.
