Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking to purchase outdoor play equipment (such as an upright bike, recumbent bike and a hand bike) that meets the following requirements:

o Be for outdoor use o Very low maintenance o Generate green energy through a maintenance friendly, efficient, contactless power generator that can directly power small items such as phones and tablets o Be delivered and installed by the supplier
