## Description

Leicestershire County Council \(the Council\) is seeking to identify and appoint one Consultant to provide a Winter Weather Station and Data Management Bureau service\. The service covers the following work:- - Annual maintenance and repair of the Councils winter maintenance weather stations - Winter road maintenance Data Management Bureau service linking the information from the weather stations and that provided by Weather Forecaster \(separate contract\) - Upgrade and replacement of the County Council weather stations as specified\. - Winter Maintenance decision support software system - Professional Services e\.g Training to key staff, Thermal Mapping
