Winter Road Maintenance Weather Station and Data Management Bureau Service.

Leicestershire County Council (the Council) is seeking to identify and appoint one Consultant to provide a Winter Weather Station and Data Management Bureau service. The service covers the following work:- - Annual maintenance and repair of the Councils winter maintenance weather stations - Winter road maintenance Data Management Bureau service linking the information from the weather stations and that provided by Weather Forecaster (separate contract) - Upgrade and replacement of the County Council weather stations as specified. - Winter Maintenance decision support software system - Professional Services e.g Training to key staff, Thermal Mapping
