GB-Wellingborough: The provision of Mobile Connections at Greatwell Homes

Description

Greatwell Homes is looking for a supplier who can provide a comprehensive solution for our mobile connections. The Services need to include: - 122 voice and data connections - 75 data only connections - Vodafone mobile network (no other network proposals will be considered) - At least 90GB shared data allowance - 24 months contract - Minimum 4G connection - Hardware fund to replace existing mobiles and tablets (full list of possible options should be provided) - Option to add new voice or data connections at any stage which will need to be co-terminus with all connections at the start of the contract - Option to add on additional call bundles, data allowances and bolt-ons which will need to be co-terminus with all connections at the start of the contract - Access to detailed reporting - Proactive monitoring of spend and suggestions to reduce costs - Exceptional client support including regular contract meetings Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
