Magenta Living are seeking tenders for alteration and repair works to a listed two-storey building \(with basement\) in New Brighton, Wirral, Merseyside, to extend the life of the building, improve fire safety and reduce ongoing maintenance costs\. Tenderers are strongly recommended to attend the site visit on Thursday 31st March 2016\.
