Alteration and Fire Safety Repair Works

Magenta Living are seeking tenders for alteration and repair works to a listed two-storey building (with basement) in New Brighton, Wirral, Merseyside, to extend the life of the building, improve fire safety and reduce ongoing maintenance costs.

Tenderers are strongly recommended to attend the site visit on Thursday 31st March 2016. Tenderers should arrive outside 24 Wellington Road, New Brighton, Wirral, Merseyside CH45 2NG promptly at 09.30am.

Prior to attending, Tenderers are requested to confirm their attendance via tenders@magentaliving.org.uk no later than Friday 25th of March 2016.
