## Description

The London Borough of Bromley is looking to commission investigating officers, independent persons, independent chairs and panel members to manage stage 2 and 3 reviews\. This is in line with the children’s statutory complaints procedure in accordance with the Children’s Act 1989\. We are looking to create a framework of officers who can be called upon to investigate cases when required - this service is demand led\.
