CP1172-15 The Devon Maintenance Panel Agreement

The Devon Maintenance Panel Agreement (MPA) ? is for contractors to provide responsive minor maintenanceworks based on 10 geographic sub-areas covering Devon. Contractors may tender with the aim of beingappointed to work in 1 or more sub areas. This framework will require contractors to tender to provide one ormore of the following services ? general building, electrical, plumbing/heating/mechanical and some specialistworks ? roofing, underground drainage, door/ window works, emergency cleaning and portable appliance testing
