## Description

Appointment of management consultants to work collaboratively with the in-house team to support the preparation for the merger of NHSD, NHSX, HEE and NHSE\. The initial phase of work is expected to take between 6-9 months can be split into three key areas of work\. The three areas include overall programme management, baselining/detailed assessment of the existing functions of NHSD, NHSX and HEE, and organisational design work to determine how the four organisations will come together in a way that is aligned with NHSE's overall future operating model\.
