Work description
Research on Section 106 planning obligations (s106) and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) in England in 2018/19. The purpose is to update research that The Authority commissioned on this topic in 2016/17 and to understand the early impacts of recent reforms on the existing system of developer contributions.
