Run Better HR People Solutions

The Run Better Programme proposes to implement SAP Successfactors, a cloud-based technology service that integrates with TfL’s on-premises SAP solution, to streamline and deliver a number of key HR and operational competency management processes. The required services would include implementation and integration as well as a 3-year subscription to the cloud-based service which covers ongoing access and support. The implementation of SAP Successfactors is a key enabler of enhanced business performance to support the objectives of the TfL People Strategy.
