Telephone system maintenance support

Getronics have been providing support for our telephone systems for many years. Not only do we lack the resource to be able to engage in a compliant procurement, but there is also great uncertainty around the future support model for this system, as our digital partner, CGI, start to take on the running and maintaining of our various platforms. Embarking on a tender at this stage would be a challenge.
