Lot 2 - Multi Disciplinary Transportation and Civil Engineering - Rail Capacity. NEPO Framework 212 Mini Competition

Tees Valley Combined Authority is seeking the provision of a Multi-Disciplinary Transport and Civil Engineering related Service for a period of up to 2 years and 9 months from 12th July 2021 to April 2024 with the potential for the option to extend, depending upon those projects identified for delivery and the amount of further development work needed. It is difficult to fully quantify the extent of the contract until the initial phase of work has been completed. Tees Valley Combined Authority is seeking an updated Capacity Analysis of the entire Tees Valley rail network building upon the previous Network Rail study. Please note that this opportunity is running a mini-competition via NEPO 212 Lot 2 - Multi Disciplinary Transportation and Civil Engineering framework. And therefore only lot providers will be able to complete a submission for this opportunity.
