Work description
Research to inform enhanced dismissal protections in secondary legislation; support the 2025 parental leave discrimination consultation; guide policies on employer obligations for new parents; contribute to reforming rights for pregnant and returning mothers; collect baseline data on 2024 redundancy protections; and help address employment tribunal impacts by examining causes of dismissals affecting pregnant women and mothers.
