## Description

Leeds City Council is seeking market sounding information from suitably qualified and experienced organisation\(s\) in the provision of a Personal Budget/Direct Payment Support Service \(PB/DPSS\)\. A PB/DPSS is required to provide individuals and parents/carers of children in receipt of a personal budget with information to design and purchase services to meet their assessed needs, retain choice and control and to promote independent living\. Additional information: Organisations / consortiums are encouraged to submit their response electronically at www\.yortender\.co\.uk quoting the YORtender reference number 9WQF-ZDK1NB\. You should complete the Appendix 1 document and return via YORtender by 12 noon on Thursday 18th June 2015\.
