Targeted refurbishment works to include: • External repairs to roof, render/pointing, external windows/doors, gutters and fowl drainage. • Internal - decoration and minor fitout elements e.g. plumbing, joinery, floor fitting. • Electrical upgrades to lighting, fire alarm, security, small power installation .
