## Description

The majority of the BFI's activities have some digital expression, addressing a general public, industry or other professional audience, and often with no transactional engagement such as ticket or product sales\. We manage a wide portfolio of digital products and services in support of our varied remit, some built by in-house teams and some provided by third parties\. We use a number of software systems to report - internally, to partners and to funding bodies - on aspects of online performance, including website and app traffic, digital marketing activity and transactional and customer data\. We are seeking a partner who can offer support and expert guidance in a number of areas: 1\. Maintaining accurate data on Universal Analytics 2\. Training in and support of our Google Analytics products\. 3\. Dashboards, reports and analysis\. 4\. Expert guidance in tracking digital activity\.
