GB-King's Lynn: Insurance Valuations for Ancient Corporate Estate, Listed Scheduled Monuments and Specialised Buildings

The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk is inviting tenders for the provision of a suitable consultant to undertake insurance valuations for the categories of property that need specialised knowledge. The tender is split into two lots one covering the Ancient Estate and listed Schedule Monuments and the other Specialised/Heritage Buildings.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
