Corserv Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wishes to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to undertake roofing works to 1-32 White's Close \(octagonal building\), St Agnes, Cornwall\. The works include the removal / replacement of roof coverings, removal / replacement of guttering / rainwater goods, facias / soffits, removal / replacement of balconies flooring, external decorations, removal / replacement of glazed roof apex and lightning protection system upgrades\.
