Description

Support is provided by the Navigators within the A&E, and afterwards in community settings. The Navigator Service across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, will help: Reduce re-victimisation / re-injury Reduce serious violence and violent homicide Prevent offending/reoffending Reduce attendance at hospital Support health care settings to capitalise on existing local support Improve life chances for children, young people and young adults
