The Services to be provided by the Supplier under the above Lot are outlined below:

Learning Pool Essential + Learning Pool Essential Plus provides the Client with a hosted learning solution which includes implementation and support from the Learning Pool support team. This service is designed to be flexible and the focus of activity will change throughout the subscription. However, the Client can expect to receive the following: 1. Hosting and maintenance of a dedicated LMS platform. 2. Regular support from a Learning Pool Account Manager, both during implementation and on an ongoing basis with up to 2 onsite visit per year. 3. Unlimited helpdesk support during Learning Pool business hours both for administrators and end users. 4. Free upgrades and maintenance of the LMS platform. 5. New features added according to the Learning Pool roadmap at no additional charge. 6. Initial training and ongoing coaching is provided via LP's online Academy and backup by webinars from LP product coaches if required. 7. Free access to Learning Pool academy for all administration users. LMS provides the following features: 1. Learner self-registration and login 2. Customisable course pages 3. Hierarchies - organisation and position 4. Audience management 5. Team management 6. Reporting and dashboards 7. User management and bulk upload (monthly by LP support) 8. Flexible course enrolment 9. Support for various types of learning 10. Face-to-face training management (Seminar) 11. Certifications and Programmes 12. Open badges 13. Record of learning 14. Reminders based on course and activity completion 15. Content Management 16. Flexible and extensible system roles

The Software Solution needs to be capable of facilitating 6,000 users as per the original full specification of requirements and the supplier's proposal in response to the requirements.
