## Description

The aim of the Service is to give Service users with mental health conditions access to supported accommodation in order to stabilise their lives, gain independent living skills and stabilise their mental health conditions\. It will provide stable, quality accommodation which enables tenants to sustain their own tenancy, access appropriate services and receive support and move on into permanent housing\. In addition, the Service will provide floating support to Service users moving on from the Service for a period of one month\.
