## Description

This project consists of the procurement of a suitable development partner for the Seven Kings Development and Community Hub site \(Seven Kings site\)\. The Seven Kings Development and Community Hub site is situated on Seven Kings High Road on the northern side of the rail line\. It is currently used as a car & lorry park and is owned by the Council\.
