## Description

Crown Commercial Service \(CCS\), as the Contracting Authority, has awarded a concession contract for the supply and management of a utilities procurement engine and the management of a Dynamic Purchasing System\. This will allow public sector customers to compare and switch energy tariffs and suppliers\. Additional information: The following information has been captured in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 50 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015: Number of tenders received from SMEs = 3 Number of tenders received from other EU Member States = 0 Number of tenders received from non-EU States = 0 Number of tenders received by electronic means = 4 This Framework Agreement commenced on 27\.3\.2018 for an Initial Period of 4 years and will conclude on 26\.3\.2022 with an option to extend 1 further period to a total duration of 12 consecutive months at the Authority's discretion\.
