Budgeting and Financial Assessment Tool

To procure a budget and financial assessment tool to be used by the public, DCC Staff and housing provider staff from the four main partners in the Durham Key Options scheme to help assess the affordability of properties for applicants, as well as to support applicants in managing and budgeting their finances.
