## Description

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority \(LCRCA\) is progressing consideration of a wide range of energy and infrastructure plans as part of Net Zero 2040, one of which is a tidal range power project, one of which is the Mersey Tidal Power Project \(MTPP\)\. As part of this project, fish are identified as an area for investigation alongside other on-going environmental survey\. The survey specification will be designed for an in-river tidal barrage scheme although other tidal range projects may be considered\.
