Senior Social Worker - Transfer of Care x 2 - Office base, Hinchingbrooke Hospital
Mainly working remotely, however flexibility is required to carry out face to face assessments in the community for both Hinchingbrooke Hospital and Cambridgeshire patients of Peterborough City Hospital.
