Darley Abbey Bridge Civils & PC Role A waiver is required to appoint Whitehouse Construction Limited as the Principal Contractor under the "Construction Design and Management Regulations and provide associated bridge facilitation works in order to enable the delivery of a short-term temporary footbridge over Darley Abbey Toll Bridge that is commissioned separately to Mabey Hire as temporary bridge suppliers\.
