## Description

Procuring a service targeting fuel poor residents will meet three key objectives in the Fuel Poverty Strategy \(2023\): Reduce bills for residents by improving the energy efficiency of LBHF housing\. Develop services that help fuel poor residents through the council and other organisations\. Empower residents to access services and spread awareness of the help available\.
