## Description

The Public Bodies named have a requirement to purchase de-icing salt to be spread onto roads during their winter maintenance programme period for 2022/23\. The mini competition is related primarily to the requirements of Devon County Council, Conserv Ltd \(on behalf of Cornwall Council\), North Somerset Council, Highways England shared depots in Devon & Cornwall and Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service and Torbay Council\. The procurement is also being carried out for the benefit of the Partner Organisations listed in the Framework FTS Notice\.
