Work description
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is seeking specialist advisor (the "Advisor") to assist with its regulatory responsibilities relating to its review of operating expenditure and commercial revenues in Heathrow Airport Limited's Initial Business Plan.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
